There are two sides to a real estate transaction: the listing side and the selling side.
Listing Agent - represents the seller. This is the agent who is listed on the real estate sign.
Selling Agent - represents the buyer. This is the agent whom you chose to represent you in the real estate transaction. This person will negotiate with the listing side (seller's side) for your best interests.
